Right to information, deletion and blocking

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data at any time. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These enable a website to recognize the browser after a first visit. Cookies themselves do not identify the individual user, but only the computer or mobile device or browser used via a randomly generated identification number (cookie ID). Cookies are stored in a text file on the computer when the browser is closed and are called up the next time the web server is called up. Cookies are passive and cannot contain viruses, Trojans or other harmful programs.

Cookies have various tasks. They enable you, for example, to navigate efficiently between different pages, save preferences and improve the user experience in general. Cookies help to tailor online advertisements more closely to your possible interests and thereby reduce the display of advertisements that may be of little or no interest to you.

We differentiate between the following cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are essential for navigating our website and using functions such as access to the protected login area. Without these cookies, services such as shopping carts cannot be provided.

  • Performance cookies: These cookies collect information about which pages are visited most often, for example. The best known is probably Google Analytics, which can save the ID of the account and an encrypted e-mail address for registered users for recognition (*). The other performance cookies do not collect any information for pseudonymous recognition of visitors. The information collected is evaluated cumulatively and is therefore anonymous. They are used to improve the functionality of the website, for example by means of A / B testing.

  • Functionality cookies: These cookies save the entries you have made (e.g. user name, language, text size, previous entries, etc.) in order to improve the user experience of the website.

  • Targeting / advertising cookies: These cookies use anonymous information about your surfing behavior or, more precisely, about your surfing behavior, which is documented via the browser in order to better tailor advertisements to your assumed interests or to limit how often you see an advertisement, or to help measure the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns. These cookies are placed by independent advertising networks on behalf of and with the approval of von Brühl Group Holding AG. These advertising cookies remember that you have visited our website and share this anonymous usage behavior with other media companies. Under no circumstances will personal data such as name, address or email address be stored in the cookies. Content providers such as von Brühl Group Holding AG use the targeting / advertising cookies as a technical basis for the advertising financing of their often free offer.

Most of the cookies we use are temporary session cookies that are automatically deleted from the computer or mobile device at the end of the browser session. In addition, we also use permanent cookies. These remain stored on the computer or mobile device after the end of the browser session. Depending on the type of cookie, these permanent cookies remain stored on the computer or mobile device for between one month and ten years and are only automatically deactivated after the programmed time has elapsed.

Data protection declaration for the use of Google +1

Collection and dissemination of information:

You can publish information worldwide using the Google +1 button. You and other users receive personalized content from Google and our partners via the Google +1 button. Google saves both the information that you have given +1 for content and information about the page that you viewed when you clicked +1. Your +1 can be displayed as a reference along with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or in other places on websites and advertisements on the Internet.

Google records information about your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others. In order to be able to use the Google +1 button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile that must contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name can also replace another name that you used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown to users who know your e-mail address or have other identifying information about you.

Use of the information collected:

In addition to the purposes outlined above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with the applicable Google data protection provisions. Google may publish summarized statistics about the +1 activities of users or pass them on to users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or linked websites.
